2D CNC Routing

RTK’s Multicam CNC Router is used to enable us to manufacture parts from a range of materials such as wood and plastics.

Our cutting table can accommodate material up to 1500 X 3000 mm.

High Speed Precision Sheet & Rotary Laser Cutting

Our Trumpf 6 Kw laser system enables high speed cutting of sheet and plate up to the following specifications:

• 25 mm Stainless Steel
• 25 mm Mild Steel
• 16 mm Aluminium

The Lasers rotary capability enables pipe and rectangular profiles up to 420mm to be cut to your specifications.

Our laser system is equipped with the Liftmaster Automatic Loading System which enables 24 hour "lights out" production cutting.

RTK has now commissioned a second Trumpf 4 kw Laser.
