Darren Evans - General Manager
Darren’s experience in metals manufacturing spans over 25 years. The last 11 years have been spent with RTK. During this time Darren has personally experienced the dramatic changes within the industry and within RTK in its quest to stay at the forefront of advancements.
As General Manager, Darren oversees the day to day running of the business with a particular focus and responsibility for RTK’s development and strategic growth. Darren understands the business like no other. Most importantly he understands the needs of the customer.
It is this very focus on customer and outstanding service delivery which differentiates RTK from the rest. At RTK, excellence is an expectation from the top down. Darren ensures that RTK delivers on its promises and claims, without compromise!
Shane Pemberton - Fabrication Supervisor
Shane first completed his apprenticeship with RTK. Eight years later he has returned to RTK and heads up the fabrication area as Fabrication Supervisor.
Shane brings extensive experience and knowledge to the role and is continually searching for ways to do things better.
Since returning to RTK he has made improvements to the factory layout and format. In doing so he has helped create a better work environment for all of his team members resulting in improved morale and productivity. A more efficient use of space has led to improved work flow and improved production planning efficiencies which ultimately delivers increased value and service to the customer.
Shane enjoys the technology advancements in the industry and is particularly looking forward to maximising the two new Robotic Welders recently acquired by RTK.
Rob Neal – Operations Manager
Rob is responsible for the day to day operations of the factory with a particular focus on continuous improvement to productivity and quality.
Rob has 18 years experience in manufacturing, originally in the US and now for more than 4 years with RTK.
Rob’s involvement ensures that RTK stays at the leading edge of technology developments, and enjoys the challenge of an ever changing industry and derives personal reward from creating and delivering an end product to the highest quality and to customer expectations. Rob also oversees the RTK sales department and strives to ensure customer relations are maintained at the highest possible level with the values of "Customers come first". His dedication in customer support is second to none in the industry.
Tracey Sutton - Administrative & Customer Support Manager
Tracey has a background in administration management and has been employed with RTK for over four years.
As Administration & Customer Support Manager for RTK, Tracey is responsible for order processing, invoicing, accounts management and general customer service.
Tracey has a will do attitude and prides herself on responding to customer needs promptly and handling customer enquiries professionally and effectively.
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail, Tracey is a valuable resource and asset to both staff and customers at RTK.
